Non Payment:

• Payment is due by the 25th and accounts will automatically go on hold after this date until payment arrangements have been made.
• Past due 60 days will result in suspension of account and collection fees will apply.

Cancellation:

• Formal cancellation is required in writing prior to the bill date of the account
• Cancellation can be emailed, faxed or sent USPS to the attention of the billing department
• Pro-rate is not available for the final month of service
