I've got a file that was sent to me from a DOS machine, and there's a ^M at the end of all the lines. How do I remove them? A. Try: flip -m filename.txt ...to make a file MS-DOS-compatible at the end of end line, and: flip -u filename.txt to make the file UNIX-compatible ( at the end of each line.
