WWW:  Northwest Nexus's Library of supported CGI scripts

Q.  Where can I get a list Northwest Nexus's library of officially supported
    scripts?

A.  Northwest Nexus has a central repository where we keep our officially-
    supported CGI script, programs, and all commonly used CGI scripts.  The
    directory path to this repository is:

         /www/htbin

    Most scripts kept in this directory are officially supported, except for
    a selected few which we have included due to their popularity.


Officially supported scripts
----------------------------

Due to the many CGI scripts that are available on the Internet, we cannot
provide support for all CGI scripts.  However, we do have a few official
scripts for which we can provide support and some help with the installation
and configuration process.  All officially supported scripts are documented
in detail in FAQ documents which you can request from support@halcyon.com,
or read online at:

     http://webfaq.halcyon.com/

Currently, our library of officially supported scripts include:

     formmail.pl: A simple form-to-mail script.  See our FAQ entitled,
                  "How do I use the formmail script?"

     number.xbm:  A page counter script.  See our FAQ entitled,
                  "Counting accesses to your WWW page on halcyon."


Centrally-located, but unsupported, scripts
-------------------------------------------

We also selectively store a few very popular or highly demanded scripts in
a central location so that our customers can benefit by their use.
However, we do not provide direct support for these scripts.  The following
scripts are located in /www/htbin:

     number.pl:   A pointer to number.xbm for backward compatibility.

These scripts can be called or referenced in your html files with the path
/htbin/script.pl, where script.pl is the name of the script.
